Buddleja argus velvet

Category: Deciduous — Butterfly bush

The Buddleja ARGUS® Velvet is a new cultivar within the Buddleja family. This butterfly bush has beautiful purple flowers. The most innovative and unique thing is that this Buddleja hardly produces seeds, and therefore no longer proliferates. In other words it is a non-invasive hybrid that will not spread undesirably in the ornamental garden or plantation. The Buddleja ARGUS® Velvet is a larger variety, with beautifully bending purple flower plumes. Just like the existing Buddleja species, the Buddleja ARGUS Velvet attracts butterflies. In this way they bring life to your garden and form an ideal source of diversity.
