Buddleja d. 'Adonis blue'

Category: Deciduous — Butterfly bush

Bloom blue to blue-purple. July-August, late summer to fall. Small shrub, 1.5 to 2 m high and wide. Freezes quite easily, so cover the base in winter and prune back to a few eyes above the ground. Prefers a sunny position, fears soils that are too wet.
